All of my many questions were answered fully and promptly, it was very reassuring and I could tell I was dealing with a professional business.
This was very much confirmed on the night itself. Aki’s team arrived early and set up with military precision. They took all the stress of the party away and let my wife and I just enjoy ourselves with our guests. The drinks and food service was faultless and everyone commented on how great the bar looked and how cool it was to have it as a focal point.
At the end of the night Aki and her team packed up everything and got it all out very easily and unobtrusively as the party continued around them.
We had agreed in advance in some detail exactly what Queenshebar would provide and what the staff would do. All of that was certainly delivered, with a smile – and at what I now think to be a really good value price – but they really went way beyond the contracted task, helping with cleaning up and even washing our glasses and plates for us. Nothing was too much trouble, they enjoyed themselves, they added to the party’s vibe by being really nice, efficient, helpful people.
I chose Queenshebar pretty much on the basis of the Facebook reviews and I think I got lucky to find such an excellent business, which really helped make my 50th a great success. I strongly recommend Arki to anyone who needs a professional hospitality company and a stress-free, enjoyable night.
